Hina Ejaz Shah (b.1989) is an artist from Pakistan. Her love for art developed at home spending afternoons with her mother's art books where she first discovered classical paintings. She went to medical school, and after completing her education attended workshops at Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture in Karachi. She later learned classical techniques through online courses.

In 2025, she devoted herself to painting full-time and is currently creating a body of work in her home studio in Karachi.
